When will I receive my refund?

Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days for your returned item(s) to make it back to us.


We aim to process all returns within 2 - 3 working days of receiving your returned LOVALL parcel. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email of your return and that your refund has been completed.

We will refund using the same method originally used for your purchase (unless selected otherwise) this can take up to 5 working days to be reaccredited. If your card has been lost or stolen, this will not affect your refund. Your bank provider can transfer this payment over to your new account. However, it may be the case of contacting them to request this.

If you have used an E-Gift Card along with another payment method, the E-Gift Card will be refunded first and the same gift card you had used will become available again.

In the event we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage, tracking numbers are preferable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.

If your LOVALL parcel shows that is has been successfully delivered back to our HQ, and you have not had any further correspondence from us after 2 - 3 working days, then please contact our Customer Care Team we and we can look further into this for you.
